[Description] The last focus app will be launched after prssing "↓" to move cursor to filter icon then press "OK" button immediately. [Testing Steps] 1. Press "←" or press "→" to move cursor on Home screen. 2. Press "↓" to move cursor to filter icon then press "OK" button immediately. 3. The last focus app will be launched. [Expected result] 3. It should launch the filter without error. [Actual result] 3. The last focus app will be launched. I guess it's a timing issue that we actually move the focus *after* the expansion animation is finished. But in v2.6 we are going to remove the expansion animation, so there should be no problem after that.

But I can take it for now. If we finished the spec I can dupe this bug there.
