Julian appears to have two accounts, one mozilla.com and one gmail.com community account. Neither have scm_level_1.

Which account is being requested?

I'm only using [e-mail] now, so the request would be for this one.
(a bit puzzled by "Neither have scm_level_1" .. as I'm able to push to try with this account)

Not sure if that's really important, but for the record :
- level 1 access for [e-mail] : Bug 1237065
- removing L1 access from previous account (linked to gmail) : Bug 1237090

That is peculiar but the scm_level_[123] boxes were decidedly unticked. HG was enabled, though, perhaps that was enough.

I've enabled scm_level_[123] on [e-mail].
