1250228 - Localize /firefox/accounts/ page

Back in December we created a page at /firefox/accounts/ for an en-US experiment.

We would like to start localizing this page just as soon as we add some additional strings/content to it, which will happen later this week.

I can update here once we're ready.

Will need to know if that's part of the request, and in case put it behind a tag.

Good point - I would assume yes it's part of the request, but will confirm with Jen.
