I'm working on ways of landing all these upgrades and new jobs and stuff.

Since I don't have to worry about performance in these jobs, and they're really under our control, I think the first step is to upgrade all existing hazard jobs to gcc 4.9.3 and the new sixgill (which both works with gcc 4.9.3 and includes the new annotation functionality.) That will unblock me to work on landing eg bug 1246804 without needing to wait on bug 1243233. It'd be nice if tbsaunde would update gecko; he's done all of the hard part now.

The review here is just a rubberstamp.
