Details

Prod will not be updated between 2/23 and 3/29 while we work on Q1 transition tasks.

Stage will be updated for IARC only, which we'll do manually.

So we should disable the automatic stage updates in this window. They can be activated again at the end of March.

Marking as major because we don't want to forget. :)
I've removed 'Build periodically' build trigger from the the marketplace-STAGE job in jenkins.

Reverted, added H 19 * * 3-4 to 'Build periodically'.
