1250388 - Enable some tests in dom/html/test/ that work with e10s

test_iframe_sandbox_popups_inheritance.html and test_bug741266.html seem to work now. Looks like the latter works because I fixed it in bug 1229117 but forgot to actually enable it.

test_bug369370.html works for me locally on OSX, but fails on L64 on try:
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | dom/html/test/test_bug369370.html | Checking scrollLeft - got 413, expected 400
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | dom/html/test/test_bug369370.html | Checking scrollTop - got 313, expected 300
TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | dom/html/test/test_bug369370.html | Image is vertically centered - got 18.5, expected 25
So I'll leave that disabled.

Attachment: Enable some tests in dom/html/test/ that work with e10s. rs=bz

bz gave me a blanket rs to enable tests that work without changes.
