Hi Greg/Chris, Please increase the RAM for the ServiceNow Discovery server to 8gb. We will be increasing the JVM thread-count and this is what the vendor has suggested. Regards, Jason
Glad to - When can we take the box down for a few minutes to increase the RAM? Noting here for posterity that we really don't recommend exceeding 8GB of RAM, as the inefficiencies start to pile up above that level, and things don't do as well as you'd hope from more memory.
