125060 - No cursor/check flag when creating new mail account

Build: 20020212 commercial trunk.

When creating a new mail account, there is no cursor in the input text field and 
no check on the radio button.

Step to reproduce:

1. Go to Edit|Mail & News account setting
2. Click on "Add Account" button.
3. Click on one of the mail type.  

Note that the check box is not checked. And if you go to next step, there is no 
cursor in the text field, even I click on it with the mouse.

Trunk build 2002-02-12-08: WinMe

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Account Wizard 
2. Select Add Account button 
4. In the first dialog select Next (radio button not auto selected is bug# 109997)
3. In the Identity dialog click onto the Your Name text box

Actual Results:
- Clicking into the Your Name and Email Address text box does not display a
cursor so it appears that you cannot create an account.

Workaround: 
- Even though the cursor does not appear start typing when you think the Your
Name text box is active and text is displayed.
- Press Tab and the cursor does not appear in the Email Address text box but
start typing and text appears.

Expected Results: 
1. The cursor should appear in the text via Tab or mouse clicking.

Additional Infomation:
- Regression: I didn't see this problem in the 2002-02-11 builds.
- All other Acct Wiz dialogs display a cursor.
- Linux: ok, since the Identity dialog is prefilled.
- Mac, ok, since the Identity dialog is prefilled.

Actual Results rewritten to make it more clear: 
a. Your Name text box
- When the Identity dialog first appears the cursor is not present
- Click into the text box and still no cursor appear
- Start typing and text does appear

b. Email Address text box
- Click into the Email Address text box and no cursor appears
- Start typing and text is appended in the "Your Name" text box instead
- * The only way to get focus to the Email Address is to press the Tab key but
the cursor still does not appear, but if you type then text does appear.

this seems like bug 103197

from that bug, another workaround is to move the window focus to another window 
(ie. click the browser window), then click back on mail wizard and the cursor 
appears.  That bug has been marked for 1.2 but this is really bad.  Most users 
will give up on attempting to add an email account.

It looks like it. Adding the dependency. This also affects AddressBook (New Card).

However, when I landed the new mailnews <wizard/>, there were no focus problems.
Adding Hewitt to the cc list, in case of any base <wizard/> regressions.

adding dependency for bug 125376, because that is not a dupe, I found this
problem changes again in the 2-13 build, where you cannot type at all in the fields.

make sure you're not adding tabs in doing so.

Attachment: patch with correct appearance - btw, difference is taking diffs with/without -w option in this case. Attached diffs with -u option.

No tabs.
