To Reproduce:

1. Play the Fuller House trailer using Firefox v44.0.2 - http://www.netflix.com/watch/80097229
2. Observe the aspect ratio when the player switches bitrates

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D will bring up info about the playback
This is a duplicate of bug 1237809, which is fixed in 45.
