How far is this? i have struggled to install bugzilla using both active perl and strawberry i get the same error sysread()is deprecated on :uft8 handles c:/perl/...
it has been hours ,no luck on the internet

That isn't an error, but rather a warning.

It is fixed in the master branch and should be fixed in 5.0 soon.

Hi, the issue i have after seeing this warning is that , i get http error message when trying to open localhost/bugzilla after installation , Databases are correctly created but the index.cgi page cannot be read
