Steps to reproduce:

wget 'ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/NSS_3_19_2_RTM/src/nss-3.19.2.tar.gz'


Actual results:

It doesn't work and just hangs at "Connecting to ftp.mozilla.org..."
for a while, then it says "failed: Connection timed out. Retrying."
and keeps trying "(try: 2)... (try: 3)" etc.


Expected results:

It works and downloads.
Severity: normal → blocker
