Hi,

It seems that the cron script fetch_bus in reps.mozilla.org (prod server) is stalled once again. Could you please restart it?

Thanks!

Hi,

Tried reaching out to you on IRC. Is there a smart way to restart this? (Or a previous bug where it was documented and done)?

I restarted cron on the box and ran:
sudo /usr/bin/flock -w 10 /var/lock/reps-prod-bugs /data/python/src/reps.mozilla.org/venv/bin/python /data/python/src/reps.mozilla.org/remo/manage.py fetch_bugs

By hand with no errors. Did this resolve the issue?

Thanks! Everything looks good now :)

I think every time that cron stalls, a similar restart is done.
