I can't build m-c. Should we just update https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Windows_Prerequisites to say that you need to get clang-cl or should we include it in mozilla-build?
Oops, Ehsan just told me cl is the MS compiler.

I had accidentally run start-shell.bat instead of start-shell-msvc2015.bat. Can we make start-shell.bat detect which VS version I have (if any) and set up the environment appropriately?

Summary: Include clang? "cl: command not found" → Make start-shell.bat detect Visual Studio version
This is getting done at the build system level. It's not going to happen in MozillaBuild.
