To make sure we can have test coverage and produce shippable binaries, we need to adjust our beta/release mozconfigs and use at least --enable-tests (within ENABLE_RELEASE_PROMOTION blocks)
I just checked m-i, m-c, m-c nightly, date, beta and see -DENABLE_TESTS=1 set everywhere! No need to adjust dat.
