Make sure you're testing OS with normal DPI (100%). Otherwise set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx -> 1.0

Well, original bug was fixed with new design, in Beta 48.0b10. But the root cause is still there:
text is incorrectly aligned if I type a letter from specific charset. I suggest to keep this bug open.
>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 50, 32bit, ID 20160715063552 (2016-07-15)
STR_2:
1. Copy "ஒ" (w/o quotes) to clipboard
2. Type "asdf" in urlbar
3. Paste text from clipboard into urlbar [you'll get "asdfஒ"]
AR: Letters "a", "s", "d", "f" all teleport by 1px to the top
ER: Letters "a", "s", "d", "f" all should stay still
Summary: Unnecessary scrollbuttons appear in urlbar suggestions when I paste unique query (read STR) → Text is incorrectly aligned in urlbar suggestions if they contain a letter from specific charset
