Expected behavior:
To go to the email preference center.


Others haven't been able to replicate - but I've replicated it 5 times on my browser.

FWIW - some of my other email preference center links are working, but this one is not.

Just check this link this morning and it worked. 

Any clues as to what happened? How widespread? Was it caused by something creepy or a logical/expected bug?

Nothing creepy. CloudFlare is our CDN provider. Apparently that URL in particular wasn't responding quickly enough and CloudFlare decided it was broken and put up their own error page. We're looking into how to make sure that page doesn't come up again, maybe by providing them a custom error page, or by lengthening the timeout threshold.
