This is what happened:

I asked for a review, got Ship it!, so status changed to r+.
I landed, but noticed there were problems, backed out the patch.
I Modified the patch enough to require another review, but was unable to unset the r+ status and ask again for a new review to the same person.
It seems that mozreview treats a published review response as an immutable state.

If a reviewer clears the review request it doesn't let me add the reviewer back (see what I tried to do in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1267604#c60 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1267604#c61).

Mark, is this something that would require a lot of refactoring and major changes to get working?

Is this the same as bug 1195661?  If so I'm going to try to find someone to fix it soon; it has (understandably) annoyed people for a long time.
