1251485 - Payments Information will need to be pulled from MDN and Wiki

When payments are turned off in Marketplace, as of 3-29-16, MDN will need to be updates and have the payments information pulled.

Yup, all good. The plan is to archive all of the articles on MDN that currently have that "Marketplace feature removal" banner, i.e. move them under

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Archive

These pages are no longer indexed, and are clearly marked as archived, and "do not use"

I've also updated the "Marketplace feature removal" banner that appears on the top of each page. See an example of it here:

One point — I've never been responsible for the Marketplace information on WikiMo, and I don't know how to delete those two pages.
