[Description]
The option key cannot work well  when watching cast video.

[Test Steps]
1. Browse video on "edition.cnn.com/videos" on Android device
2. TV receive the request for the cast video.
3. Press (Shift+F10) key on TV side.

[Expected Result]
The option key should work well

Check other input controls when the progress bar does not disappear
 - Press Option
 - Press Up
 - Press Down 
Expected: No action

Expected: Press any key will arouse progress bar

Per the latest discussion, mozilla specs is to use up/down/right/left and Enter key to control the control panel. And other keys, such as, remote controller's video control keys would let partners implement.

After discussion, the specs has been updated (See Comment 8).
The keys controlling the control panel are up/down/right/left and Enter key.
