This push [1] failed to create the image I was intending to.

I'm sorry about that, I believe I corrected the issue.  While upgrading to docker 1.10 on these hosts, it was noticed that the docker-in-docker image would not start up correctly.  I fixed the issue but didn't tell the worker to use the new image version.  I updated it and retriggers should work.  Please let me know if you notice any other issues.
