Steps to reproduce:

Bookmark a page using the star icon.
Click on the star (edit bookmark) -> click on "Folder" drop down and select choose "New Folder".
New Folder gets created in edit mode.
 


Actual results:

The edit mode goes of in a second.


Expected results:

edit mode is expected to last until user presses enter button.

Probably, this is Bug 697649
I can confirm this only happens when sync is enabled.
