Description

Build 2002021203, Win2k, modern and classic theme, new profile.
1. Select Prefs->Privacy & Security->Images screen. Initially, no radio button
is selected.
2. Select image blocking and anim. blocking option. Choose Ok.
3. Return to the above screen. All radio buttons are unchecked, again.

Additionally, screen title is wrong (is always derived from the previously
visited preference screen, in the current screenshot it says "Navigator"). The
problem of selecting two buttons simultaneously (bug 112520) doesn't appear there.

Possibly caused by Feb 11 changes to pref-mages.xul. Over to Blake for a look.
