>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 47, 32bit, ID 20160225030209, tested with HWA on and off
STR:
1. Set DPI -> 125% :
    Set that DPI level -> 125% in your OS [OR]
    Set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx -> 1.25
2. Enable Titlebar, enable Menu bar
3. Get screen with resolution 1366x768
 [Steps 1-3 are only required to help you reproduce this. I can reproduce it w/o them]
4. Switch Firefox to Normal mode. Resize/move the window so that
   the upper side of the window was placed below the center of the screen
5.A) (searchbar) Visit http://de.pons.com/ , add all search engines (again, I can repro w/o that)
5.B) (urlbar) Visit at least 12 different sites by typing them in urlbar (e.g. http://example.org/#12)
6. Click in (A) searchbar (B) location bar
7. Press Alt+Down

AR: Suggestions list opens, but it is rendered as black at the bottom. See screenshots.
ER:  Should be rendered normally.
Does this happen in nightly with browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 set to false?
