The page at http://www.bbc.co.uk/news contains a central column containing
headline pictures and a block of text for the first 3-ish news stories. Further
down the column the stories have no picture, just a title. The font size of all
the titles (near a picture or not) should be the same, as should the font size
of the article text.
This page is my home page, 75% of the time when starting Mozilla the fonts are
different sizes. After that refreshing can cause the same to happen 50% of the
time. CTRL+- and CTRL++ cause the screen to redraw properly, but refreshing can
cause the problem again.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/news
2.Check to see if fonts match up in size
3.Press F5 to refresh and check again
4.Try pressing CTRL+- or CTRL++ and F5 afterwards

Moz displays a change in fontsize. NS4.79 displays none. I see none in source.
It's late ... I'll suggest that this is related to to bug 119585 and to bug 
120878.

At first, only proper rendering was possible (view 1). Then, after opening a
second tab, distorted rendering arose (view 2). Repeated reloads produced
variations (e.g. view 3). Clearing caches and flushing memory did not return
proper view, even with full cold restart.
N.B. I've been unable to recreate this with a local file.
Since BBC is not minor, I'm going to say "New", remind folk of bug 89738 & 
bug 88154, and try my hand at testcases.

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Is it the same issue -- a ReResolve that hits a block within an inline?  After
all, a link within body causes a reresolve, and we have lots of ReResolve bugs.
