in 0.9.8 there is no problem.
I first saw that Problem in built Feb. 11 2002

Problem:
- In Brwser i click "Bookmarks"  (ok)
- I Try to scroll down to the end of the list    (niO)
  (mouse to the arrwo "down") nothing happens,
   list will not be scrollec
