When I change the cashe preferences (when to check the page in a cache), it
isn't remebered after closin the preferences dialog using the "OK" button.

This doesn't happen with Mozilla 0.9.8, but only when I compiled the source for
the CVS (both today - Feb 13, and yesterday).


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open preferences dialog, select Advance->cache
2.change how often to check a page in the cache
3.press OK to close the dialog.
4.reopen the dialog, select the cache preferences again, and see that the change
was not remembered.

Actual Results:  the old option is selected

Expected Results:  the new option is selected
