We have the page url so we should be able to load it directly into BookmarkScreenshotRow.

Look into TwoLinePageRow and how they load favicons. Perhaps we should change BookmarkScreenshotRow into a TwoLinePageRow (or a subclass) if we're going to be duplicating that code anyway.
