The Mac needs to be able to pick up the paper size from the default printer and set the value into the PrintSettings. See Bug 123554

The mac controls the page size.. we do not keep track of this issue for any of our settings. Talking with Kevin.. this is a wont fix because Mac does not need to set this value, mac lets the printmanager keep track of this.
