if I don't have a mail or news account setup, and choose Tasks -> Mail &
Newsgroups in the browser, the first screen of the Account Wizard which asks
which type of account I want to setup, wouldn't show the 'dot' in the radio
button option for the email account, despite clicking on it. I was allowed to
continue using the 'next' button and return and it still wouldn't have it. I
cancelled and tried from File -> New -> Account... but that worked as I'd expect
it to. repeating the whole procedure worked as I'd expect it to
