1252814 - perfherder pgo alerts should have an easy way to see the non pgo alerts

this is becoming frustrating as most of the remaining alerts I see are pgo alerts.  These always show up 3 or 4 days later, so I have forgotten the root cause.

I find myself on all the pgo alerts finding the root cause branch (yay for having the graphs pre loaded), but then I really want to look at opt and opt e10s versions.  

My recommendation is to have an interface like we do for branch and platform- where in this case we click on the option in the signature and it brings up the other options.  so for a pgo example I 'pgo' would be a link to an add more test data and I would have defaulted to add all the other options 'pgo e10s', 'opt', 'opt e10s'.

Since over half of the regressions posted are downstream alerts, it might get cluttered to post this automatically.  Open to suggestions

Old opt builds originating from Windows & Linux platforms aren't sheriffed anymore. Also, we no longer have "literally" pgo builds, only shippable builds.
