I'm able to reproduce this with and without e10s, and on release Firefox (44.0.2) as well. Can you confirm?

In fact, it happens on Chrome as well. Almost certainly a website bug.
Component: Panning and Zooming → Desktop

I can reproduce it on Firefox 44.0.2 and is not a e10s specific bug, and yes is happening also on chrome.

Let's try. Contacted Flickr.

Karl,
Did you have any luck with the outreach on this one? I can reproduce this in every browser I've tried, including Edge, Chrome, Safari and every version of Firefox.

I contacted Phil Dokas on 2016-03-03. No answer. Sent a reminder today.

Phil Dokas replied, and said there should be a deployed fix.
Tested and I can't reproduce the issue.

Thanks Phil!
