12530 - Top Menu selection hides Editor window

Description

Steps:
1) Open Editor through TASK menu in Navigator
   A separate Editor window displays on top of the Navigator window
2) Select the INSERT menu or any menu except for HELP

Actual Results: This will bring up the Navigator window.  This will confuse the
end user as to which window the menu belongs to.  Another problem is clicking on
a menu item such as HELP and then taking the mose and clicking else where on the
open window (except for a menu label).  The open menu list should disappear.

Expected Results: Editor window stays in focus with open menu list.  When end
user clicks else where on the chrome (except for a menu label), the menu should
disappear.

This will probably be resolved once I start capturing events.

My hands have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer type.  I need
help.  If you think you can fix this bug on your own, please take it away from
me.  If you'd like to volunteer to be my hands for a specific bug, then I'll be
happy to come up to your cube and sit with you and fix the bug (assuming you
have the patience for that).
