Details
From https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=526434
The testcase is at http://jsfiddle.net/zat0mqLx/
The "a", "aa", and "aaa" blocks have a calculated height using a percentage. But since they're inside a flexbox that wraps, the percentages should not get resolved as per https://drafts.csswg.org/css-flexbox/#definite-sizes which requires a single-line container (defined as one that does not have flex-flow: wrap).

OK. Should the chromium bug linked in comment 0 be reopened, then? (It's resolved as WontFix/invalid right now, with a link to this Firefox bug.)

Whoops, missed this question. The Chrome behavior was fixed in a separate bug.
