not sure where we need it, but perhaps on: -.csv file creation -.csv file landing in a timeley nature where expected Mr Reid, would you mind adding where we need monitoring?

I think we should monitor the following: 1. CSV file (engagement_ratio.csv) exists in the expected location on metrics.services.mozilla.com 2. file was last modified not more than 48 hours ago 3. file contains a row for each of the last 60 days (up to 48 hours ago)
