+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1249600 +++ It looks like the crash in bug in 1249600 can still happen if a TDR happens, we can't recreate the content device, and fallback to Skia, but have already initialized DWrite fonts. In those cases, we should fallback to GDI fonts.

From our daily this morning, looks like it will take a lot of work to uninit dwrite fonts, and even in those cases we probably still want to use dwrite fonts.
