User Request: Mailing Lists for Gervase Markham Please delete the thunderbird-vote@mozilla.org mailing list and all archives - it was used for a confidential vote and is no longer required.
Why does this task have a path to request it in Service Now, if the actual work is done in Bugzilla? Would it not make more sense to direct people straight to Bugzilla to file their requests? Gerv
I have no idea. Let me ask Mike.

A few reasons. Service Desk no longer works in Bugzilla. All our requests are Service Now so we can capture good metrics. A Bugzilla request is filed only when archives need to be deleted. I hope this answers the question.
