1253448 - Add a new "Connected Devices" team to One and Done

Now that Connected Devices has announced the 4 projects that are moving forward, I think we need to have some clarity around where the tasks will reside in One and Done (especially since Kate is already creating some Vaani tasks).

Basically I think we can do it 2 ways - either have a Connected Devices team and have the various project tasks under it, or have the individual projects listed (Project Vaani, Project Link, Project Sensor Web and Project Smart Home.

Also we need to be cognizant of the fact that some of these projects might not move past the first gates, and some may elect not to actually have one and done tasks.

Adding kglazko and jlorenzo to weigh in with their thoughts.

Once you have decided, any admin can add a new team via the admin interface.

I added a Connected Devices team as well as Project Vaani for now. When Project Link is ready for tasks I can add them as a project.
