Similar to the taskcluster and relengapi proxies, this one would allow workers to contact the crash-stats API without sharing the authentication information with the container.  Then we can replace the private image in bug 1220705 with a public image.
Ted, is this abandoned now?  Duplicated in the most recent efforts to use the new API (and similar question for the blocked bug 1220705)

Oh yeah, I forgot to find and close this bug! I fixed this by putting the token in the secrets service, which is working great on trunk.
