Tree state in HTTP (details) isn't preserved when you switch tabs.

This is because trees are generated every time the parent tab is rendered. The right solution will be great topic for discussion (perhaps when bug 1247065 is fixed)

Marking this as a P2, but I was close to marking it as a P1. My preference would be to fix this before the feature lands, but it sounds like that creates a dependency chain between issues which would postpone landing too long. If it can't be fixed before landing, I think we should fix it as soon as we can afterwards. It would be frustrating for a user.
