User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch Firefox and Go to http://www.bbc.com/news/business-35349576 2. Scroll up and down using mouse while Actual results: 1. The page is not scrolling smoothly. 2. At the time of very fast scrolling the page shows blank for one to three seconds. Expected results: 1. The scrolling should be smooth, without any jerkiness or rendering issues. 2. It should not show blank page at the time of fast scrolling.

I see you are using FF46. Did you test with e10s disabled?

I tried to reproduce this issue on the latest nightly build on Windows 10, latest developer edition(aurora build) with e10 enabled and disabled and current release of Firefox on Windows 7 but don't see this issue. I checked on chrome too and see similar behavior there. Can you please send the screenshot/recording of your issue. Thanks!

Hello Robin, can you please retest this issue on the current release of Firefox. If you still encounter this issue, can you please provide the content of graphics section as mentioned in comment 6.
