User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0 Build ID: 20160210153822 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.bbc.com/news/business-35349576 (for example) 2. Start playing any video (Flash required) 3. Scroll the page using the mouse wheel (or arrow keys) Actual results: The video is not rendered while you are scrolling with the mouse wheel or arrow keys. It is rendered normally if you scroll by dragging the scroll bar. It is rendered normally when not scrolling. The sound output is not affected by scrolling. Some Flash video sites are not affected (e.g. cnn.com) Expected results: Ideally the video should be rendered even while you are scrolling the page like in non-e10s Firefox versions.
