At <http://www.cato.org/publications/commentary/bernie-not-socialist-america-not-capitalist?utm_content=buffer02648&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer>, each of the graphs covers up about a line of the subsequent text. This doesn't happen in Chrome or Safari.
I partially minimized this (see attachment).
