[Description] The cursor cannot focus on "close" and "Try again" buttons in offline message page via pressing <- and -> buttons. [Test Steps] 1. Launch TV simulator on WebIDE. 2. Set device offline 3. Launch Apps on Home page 4. Move the cursor to Web Apps and press OK 5. Shows offline message. 6. Press <- and -> button. 7. The cursor cannot focus on "close" and "try again" button properly. [Expected Result] 7. The cursor can focus on "close" and "try again" buttons without error. [Actual Result] 7.
