Steps to reproduce: 1. Open MP DevHub-Stage https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/ 2. In newsletter section fill in all the details and check the Privacy Policy box 3. Press “Sign me up!” 4. Go back and change the mail format to text or redo the same process again Expected results: “Thank you for subscribing!” banner appears each time. Actual results: “Oops! Not allowed.” error message is displayed. Notes/Issues: This issue is reproducing intermittent. Verified in FF44(Win7) Issue is reproducing in AMO-Stage Screencast for this issue: http://screencast.com/t/frIRjfVMzG0
Seems like the user flow here is edge case (and odd) -- but the message is accurate. Not allowed.
