See p.21 of UX spec.

A hint of option key should be shown when user move to a card.

- If the user never pressed option key on a card, the hint should be shown. Otherwise, the hind shouldn't be shown.

- This hint would disappear when focus move to a target that's not a card.
UX decides to remove this since we'd have it in FTE.
