It seems as if I can't edit my post. I'm sorry, the "actual results" for Firefox are even worse. Only a pink square.

PDF works fine in Adobe Acrobat Reader and MS IE 11.

I can also confirm that I still see a pink square on Ubuntu 18.04 with Firefox 71.0 (Build-ID: 20191205184924)
