Mozilla Firefox recreate empty "gmp" folder and "WINNT_x86_64-msvc" folder (this folder name is probably different under other systems and computer architecture) in "gmp" folder, under "C:\Users\WindowsAccountName\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ProfileName.default" after installation and after each update.
There is no need for that.

This is not the installer or the updater... neither of these create these directories.
