Jon, what's the status and when do you think this will be ready for code review.

Waiting on Jess Osorio to confirm process in the newsletter creation bug [1]. Dev is essentially done, and first round of review has already been completed. Just waiting on Jess' sign-off and the newsletter to be ported to basket prod. [1] https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1254685#c12
