Hi Joseph, this new change from bug 1250053 still doesn't show on marketplace FTE, do we have any place to track when the new commit will online since it already landed last week?

I'm afraid I don't have any good way to track this.
For my part, if I need to push anything to the production server, I will create a tag in the repo for this release (https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/marketplace-tv-front-end/releases). And the tag will be named as the date on next Tuesday.
If the marketplace team has scheduled any release at that week, it will be pushed to the production server on Tuesday. Otherwise, we will have to wait until next release.
The marketplace team used to schedule release every week, but it seems like they don't do it every week now. As far as I know the next release will be March 29.

That means even the code is landed we may still have old behaviour for couple days/weeks. Josh, do you have good idea to track this or who will be the contact window once our code landed on marketplace-tv-front-end? Otherwise we might encounter mismatch status on marketplace.

Hi,
We need to decouple the tv deployment from the rest of Marketplace.
The Marketplace technically has one deployment left, which is 3/29 -- there will be other deployments in the future, but the regular weekly deployment cycle is no more.
Apart from necessary changes to zamboni, however, the tv marketplace doesn't need anything else. So We need to ensure that existing tags are deployed. This is typically done by the code creators with Ops facilitating, rather than by Ops alone.
NI jason for Ops input. I'll add this to our list to discuss on Monday as well.

How often do we want to push marketplace-tv-front-end to production?
I don't think we need a weekly push window. Also we should try not push more than once a week if possible.
If we can file a bug for each push which includes the TAG we want to push to stage and prod that would be great. Just NI me on the bug, I will push to stage and then once verified by QA I will push to production.
Let me know if that works.

I think weekly push or twice a week will be fine.
Filing a bug for every push is a good idea which is easy for tracking.
Mike, is this OK for QA?

I agree filing another bug to push. If so, please also include me for further tracking. Currently we don't have staging server in engineer/production build for verification. If we need QA to verify on staging server, we may need patch to enable stating server first. Joseph, could you help with this? If yes, I think we can go with the new process to verify marketplace patch.
