huge window controls
While testing bug 1254508 on a clean profile, I found the following bug: if titlebar drawing is set to true (default state), the window controls are huge. If set to false, the window controls are fine.

Again, is this Windows-10 only? Only when dwm.exe is dead?
Also, why do the window controls look like that on win10? Is this a custom win10 theme again?

Windows 10-only, yes, with the compositor disabled. Happens in both one of Windows default themes and custom.
